"We thought about what we wanted our kitchen to look like for a long time. We first went to a custom cabinet maker, but the prices were way over our budget. So we tried two home improvement stores where we received better pricing, but couldn't get the type of wood we wanted. And anytime we had questions, we either had to talk to someone different, or wait until the person we initially dealt with was back at work. They never came to our home to look at our space or make their own measurements and make sure that we were accurate.
